Last week, I went along to L. K. Bennett’s beautiful showroom to get a very exclusive preview of their SS13 before – they’d invited a select group of bloggers to see the collection the night before their official press event. The evening was hands down one of the best blogger events I’ve ever been to – fantastic company, drinks and canapes, and of course, clothes! I was pleasantly surprised by the SS13 collection. L. K. Bennett have managed a very delicate balance between young and mature, vintage and modern. They have created what I call a ‘mum and daughter collection’ – something that has pieces both me and my mum would wear, but that we’d style in entirely different ways. Take a look for yourselves …

The silhouette is awesome!! I work in John Lewis and before working there totally assumed LK Bennett were strictly an older ladies type of brand, but since going through the rails in store and seeing this it really does show their elegant designs and the classic styles are appropriate for any age!
