Well fashion week’s kicking off here and monochrome is definitely one of the hottest styles for show goers. It’s super easy to wear, looks chic and efforless, and suits all skin tones – what’s not to love! I usually like a bit more colour in my outfits, but every now and then it’s nice to keep it simple. I’ve even gone down to monochrome with my shoe laces in this outfit! I added some warm tones with my gold jewellery – how cute is my bow bracelet from Astrid & Miyu? I think it’s the sweetest! I always find myself alternating between loving tough accessories and going for more girly pieces like this. As a rule, I usually go with whichever is opposite to my outfit, just to add a bit of edge. So here as my look is quite grungy, delicate jewellery will give it some femininity, while I like to pair pretty dresses with leather cuffs and metal belts. Does anyone else do that kind of contrasting with their jewellery?
