For the next Take 10 challenge, the girls and I were sent these pretty peter pan collar tees from Lacoste to create our outfits from. I love how diverse our outfits are, as it demonstrates what versatile little tops these are. I love the mix of the casual tee shape with the delicate, girly collar, and I wanted to continue that theme with my styling, teaming the tee with a tough leather skirt and boyfriend coat, but adding feminine heels and a bright pink purse. There’s something schoolgirl-inspired about this outfit too I think. I’ve started to realise that my style has a preppy streak to it, which I’m completely happy with – Alexa Chung is one of my style icons after all! It’s interesting how style develops over time, isn’t it? I am finding out more about my own fashion sense every day, and being a fashion blogger really helps me explore this. x

This is a gorgeous outfit! I love the shoes & sock pair-up, and that tee is adorable indeed.
