Apologies for the slow posting  this last week – I’m still super ill with flu! You know when you’ve been sick so long you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be well? 🙁 Yup, that’s me. I’ve barely been able to read or watch tv, I’ve felt so bad, so this is one very bored blogger right here. But enough doom and gloom. On to the fashion!

I love a simple, throw-on outfit that somehow makes you feel like the coolest girl in the world, and often a hot pair of skinny trousers and a laid-back shirt will do just that. When I received these super sexy Motel galaxy pants, the first thing I thought of was Olivia Newton-John getting sewn into her skin-tight trousers for Grease, and how if I got trapped in these I didn’t have a whole film crew to get me out of them. It would just be a lot of very unattractive rolling around on the bed trying to unstick the pants from my legs (of course I’ve never done this before with too-tight jeans *cough cough*). But what do you know, these are actually such an easy pair of trousers to wear. They might not be for everyone, but I definitely love them for those body-confident days when you just want to slink around town in some skinnies. Go for it girls!

Btw, if any of you are free tomorrow afternoon, come join me and a few other lovely bloggers for luxe bag-brand Fiorelli and House of Fraser’s #LFWhang! We’ll be on Google Hangouts chatting all things fashion (or the other girls will. I’ll probably be mostly grunting and sneezing and sounding like a gremlin). It’s the perfect time to get the lowdown on the style news from London Fashion Week. Plus, Fiorelli’s Head of Design Lisa will also be there, so if you’re interested to hear more about accessories from a designer’s point of view, you should definitely come check it out. Find all the details here x

Get well soon! You pull of the Olivia Newton John look brilliantly, and these leggings show off your figure amazingly! (Which I am super jealous of btw;) Thank god I’m not the only one who wriggles into jeans haha, but sometimes on the ‘body confident’ days it’s the way it has to be!
